Signed on with them and it was a big mistake. Months go by without them responding to requests for even simple documents to be drawn up. They refuse to return calls. They refuse to answer emails. Bills always come on time each month, though. Funny, that? What is wrong with this firm? You pay them good money and they treat you with little more than disdain. Look elsewhere for your legal needs in the RGV. This firm is not the same as it was years ago. They are coasting on their past and that past is long done and over. Horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!

This firm agreed to help me with a asset transaction document. Pretty simple document that transfers property between family members. I email the requested documents then never heard back. Called a few times, confirmed email address etc. Just stopped returning calls and didn't do the work. No explanation.

Started our case in November of 2022. No results, no communication. Will not respond to emails. Took the retainer and has done nothing. Considering reporting to the bar association. Terrible service!

Only work with Joshua Cummings if money and time are no object. Otherwise I strongly suggest you steer away from him. You can expect email replays and status updates every 10 days if you're lucky.

Not trusted! Should file a lawsuit against them for false advertising. They leak customer information to other parties without your consent then deny it.

Asked if they could help me transfer my business to Texas and was told I'd get a call back. I'm calling back a few days later, no one is picking up. Very unprofessional.
