Nathalie Jackson went over and beyond to help my daughter. They couldn't assist because of certain circumstances, but she was sweet and caring. She listen to all the concerns and answer all the questions. I wish they could have help I know it would have been great. If your looking for a law firm please choose this firm they are very sweet. There is little to no communication. A few months ago…. After two months, I reached out for an update. As of today, it’s been almost two MORE months since I spoke to my case manager. There is no empathy, care nor concern. And, I do not recall ever speaking to an attorney. Currently, I am researching to find another attorney. This time, I plan to get it right. Under no circumstances would I recommend this law firm.

I reached out to the law firm for a consultation regarding an auto accident and was assisted by Nathalie Jackson. She was super helpful, honest, kind, and straight to the point in giving me reasonable options for handling my situation. Compared to other attorneys, I actually felt comfortable asking her questions. Don't have any complaints.

However, she kindly provided additional keyword search options, and a resource to target the area of law needed due to the matters involved. The professionalism, time and kindness provided by her, and her receptionist were greatly appreciated.

Called to get some help with a case. Service was very nice and pleasant, unfortunately I have to contact a different type of lawyer for my case but they were very resourceful and pointed me in the right direction. Would have gone with them otherwise
