I used Nicole for a custody dispute that I was in and the best way I can describe her is that she is a pit bull. Custody cases are emotional and difficult and even after the initial consultation I knew I was in good hands and would be protected. There were times I had to hold her back because she could literally have taken everything away from my ex. Even though I wish to never go through anything like this again I would never use anyone else. Her assistant Dina is awesome as well and so helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

My son has special needs and his mother was trying to do things with him that were counterproductive to his growth and development. Even though I was involved in my sons upbringing from birth, sole custody defaulted to her because we were never married. I thought Arizona was a "mothers state" and it would be impossible to stop her from making huge mistakes like taking him out of his school for no justified reason, but Nicole and her assistant Dina fought for what was best for my son. It turns out Arizona is a "what’s in the best interest of the child state" and all you need is good representation to advocate for you and your child. In the beginning I called to check on the case frequently just because I was not used to not being involved in everything that had to do with my son. I learned quickly that Nicole and Dina are extreme professionals and make sure all requirements are fulfilled in a timely matter. They were always on top of the ball. I was able to let go and let them do their work. I’ve had urgent matters that happened during the weekend that I needed her advice for so I emailed her and she responded... on a weekend! Thanks to them I got everything I wanted and his mother can never make unilateral decisions that would harm him again. I referred a friend to Nicole and they were just as kind to him as they were to me. The judge also ruled in his favor. There are so many good things I can say about Nicole and Dina but I would be typing all day. If you want an excellent family lawyer use her. It’s money well spent.
