If you’re looking for a responsive and reliable law firm, look elsewhere. I repeatedly emphasized the time sensitivity of my case, yet my calls and emails were largely ignored. Despite over 10 follow-ups, I received only two short, unhelpful responses that didn’t address my concerns. Every time I called, the receptionist assured me they’d pass along my message, but I never got a call back. Their services are covered under my insurance and they sent me a link to pay without providing any details on the charge. For one week I followed up on the billing details which includes several emails and phone calls and they didn't even had the courtesy to provide me an explanation on the charge. Their lack of urgency and professionalism was frustrating and disappointing. Save yourself the hassle and find a firm that actually values your time.
