My experience with Dave and his team at this law firm was nothing more than treating me life family. Everyone from Maddie, Mary Kate, Victoria (when she was with the firm) and also more appreciation of Dave when it came to handling my case was so professional but also you know they cared about me as a person not just another client. I would recommend him over and over. I pray I never need this service again, but life throws curve balls and if myself or anyone I know needs legal advice or help, I will not hesitate in my referral. A HUGE thank you to the whole team!!!

Dave is great. Where do I start? I've worked with David on many legal issues. He has ALWAYS given me ample FREE counsel beyond what is expected. His pricing is reasonable especially for the time an energy he puts in. He met me on a Saturday off hours. He even gave me his personal cell phone number should I need him "after hours". After talking with someone else who worked with him, I found out that he looks after all of his clients in this way! Further- he has represented me well, and I have received very good outcomes with his representation. He will FIGHT for you. I would highly recommend him. On a personal note, he's down to earth, smart and funny. While that's never a reason to hire someone, it sure makes it a lot easier when you're in a bad way and need a smile on your face.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Several years ago f ormer Judge Grates forced me to retain an attorney in my divorce with less than a weeks notice (absolutely despicable). Unfortunately, I retained Mr. Lunceford who not only did NOTHING for me, but he made sure he and his, equally rotten, paralegal took advantage of billing me as much as they could for work I already did! THEN threatened to SUE me when I asked for the bill I was NEVER given or explained before the day I requested to look at it. For reference, I am a former legal assistant. This firm should be shut down and he should be suspended or should face disbarment. The ONLY reason I didn’t file a complaint was because my divorce was finalized around Christmas, I had two young children, and after I wrote him a warning letter that I would file a complaint with the Disciplinary Administration he and his office backed off.

This law firm is very clean, beat and professional yet relaxed environment. They are truly passionate about legal matters that may concern you. The attorneys are thorough and committed to fair representation. All my calls were returned same day or within 24 hrs. I am so thankful I chose this office for representation.

Minute I walked in, I felt like a welcome guest. This firm works tirelessly for their clients, and with extreme efficiency. Overall, great staff, excellent legal counsel and Dave's just brilliant, both in the court and out.

I could say a lot but will leave this. Awful experience with minimal results. Nothing that was told or guaranteed to me resulted in the end. Biggest regret was choosing David to represent me in my discrimination case.

He and his entire staff are very professional and compassionate with clients. Go above and beyond making client feel at ease during the very stressful and difficult times.
