Erróneamente... -y esto es un error que he leído incluso de historiadores como Emilio Roig de Leuchsenring (si mal no recuerdo)-, se asegura que es por un defecto en la construcción de éstos cisnes que parecen culebras. Sin ser agudos en la comprensión artística, es de fácil entendimiento, -a mi juicio-, que estamos en presencia del momento en que el noble cisne, es vencido por la astuta serpiente en un acto de pura naturaleza. Ese momento de acercamiento que el creador, autor o artista quiso expresar, le llamo (yo): "el beso de la muerte".
