Once she got an agreement from the other lawyer she checked out. After getting a bunch of my money too. She would respond to emails and texts, but never really seem to follow through unless I bothered her. I had everything organized for her (bank account info, paychecks, W-2, notes, pictures, texts ... EVERYTHING. I had it all organized. Saved her a ton of work and I still got treated like an afterthought. Kept telling me things were finalized and would be soon (2 weeks or less). That was in October. Last day of January and finally after sending yet another email (hope I don't get charged for it) things are finally moving.
