I am missing words to express how happy we are to have been referred Simon Offord when we faced an unexpected problem with the sale of our home. Although I was told that good attorneys are expensive, my conclusion is that relying on a professional like Simon is much more an investment than an expense! The rate per hour is very well counterbalanced by how fast and precise he is. He does not need much time to deliver results. His process is straightforward from the first consultation: he listens, questions, then exposes very clearly the legal *and practical* pluses and minuses of a situation. Simon was very responsive; he worked diligently with us and our real estate agents. Relying on Simon’s guidance significantly lowered our stress level and solved our issue. My wife and I were involved in an easement issue that arose when an adjoining property was put on the market. Our quality of life and home value were suddenly threatened after living in our house for 30 years. Adam and Sandee were able to explain our rights and encouraged us to exercise them. They also were able to give us hope that, though things might change, we could shape the change. With help from Adam and especially from Sandee, we were able to negotiate a solution with the other party. We didn't ask to be involved with a property issue but I'm glad we hired Brewer Offord and Pederson and worked with Adam and Sandee. And also Jessica who kept on top of things.
