I was referred to your firm to seek legal assistance regarding an issue with one of my properties. I was advised to speak with a specific individual; however, when I called, the person who answered the phone was not courteous. Her tone came across as abrupt and, at times, condescending. When I requested to speak with the person I had been referred to, she asked for my name and the reason for my call. After providing that information and explaining that I had been specifically referred to her, I was told repeatedly that the individual in question did not handle such matters. This was confusing, as I had been instructed to ask for her directly. I must express that I did not appreciate the way new prospects or potential clients are treated. I understand that every firm has its own structure and procedures, and that asking for information in advance is part of the process. However, there are professional and courteous ways to do so, and unfortunately, that was not my experience during this call. I cannot say that your firm is unqualified, as I only spent a few minutes speaking with your staff, but those few minutes were enough for me to decide not to entrust my case to you. Thank you for your time.

I called on Dec 1st tried to get help, even gave my phone number and information. 2 days later still no call back. When I called they wanted my information again. Now theyre saying theyre not taking new clients. If your in need of help just know that you'll be pushed away.

Waited for 3 weeks for a warranty deed that Belinda assured us they could do. 3 weeks after dropping off all the requested documents and she says she has alot of work and is preparing to head out on vacation.
