Estate planning is confusing. We interviewed 2 other attorneys, but Alec Modrick looked at our estate and explained what we should do to make settling our estate the easiest for our children who live out of state. Throughly explained the pros and cons for will vs trust. He does great presentations around the corridor. Yes he does talk fast during them, but is very easy to understand during a private meeting! I have gone to 3 of his presentations and learn something new each time.
