My experience with the attorneys here has been a challenging one. From my criminal case to my divorce case. I am a very hands on type of person so my cases being they were at the same time there was alot to go over and get done! Keith was very professional and up front on how to approach everything in detail. I have to say that I was a very challenging client with my needs and wants. Keith kept me in check and followed through with all that I was demanding. The outcome for my cases could not have gone any better. I will say that Keith guided me in the right direction, as I did the work things got easier and my life got back to normal and better. I've used multiple attorneys at Associated Attorney's of New England over the past few years and they have all been amazing. Professional in handling each unique situation and they really take the time to listen to your questions help guide you along the way. He is always available to you, and if he’s busy in that moment he WILL call you back that same day, if he can’t he always communicates with you on when he can. He is professional, understanding, kind, and the best quality that’s my favorite he doesn’t beat around the bush. He has the intellect to look outside the box. He is upfront with you regarding the chance one has to come out on top. He is very strategic in how he thinks and represents you. He is the real deal! He’s always without a doubt there for you and explains in detail what one my be confused about. He’s empathetic to everyone’s situation and he fights your case like it’s personal to him but at the same time extremely professional. It's been more than a year and my personal injury case hasn't been settled....I have had to chase them to find out what's going on with my case as it has been switched from one attorney to another in this practice. One attorney wanted me to purger my self ... They keep asking for the same info repeatedly....and know they are not returning calls or emails....I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
