Very rude and not helpful even with simple questions. This law firm 100% should not be recommended by iowa legal aid as a person thats never been in trouble before and simply seeking advice Matt was very rude.

Very short, sounds uninterested and bored. His answer to every question I had regarding custody of my child was "He’ll sue you." With no explanation, advice, or direction on the matter. Felt bias towards the father although I would be the one paying him for his service to defend myself. Do not recommend.

Truly sincere, honest and didn't sugarcoat anything. Kept me abreast of everything and listened and gave solid advice. Compared to some in the area, he was the only one that took the time to listen to me prior to trying to retrieve any funds. I will recommend.
