Margarita was supposed to be my Social Security attorney. We signed a contract stating she would be paid when I get approved, out of my back pay. This is standard and normal for Social Security attorneys. Margarita repeatedly used the fact that she hadn't yet been paid as an excuse to not do her job. She is very incompetent, continuously told me to contact Social Security directly even though when you have an attorney, they aren't allowed to speak directly to you and must go through your attorney! She also refused to help me get an appointment rescheduled because she just didn't think that having a previously scheduled appointment at the same time was a "good enough reason" to request a reschedule. When confronted about her incompetence, she just decides to drop the client, because she also lacks integrity. I'm happy to have found much better representation. ETA: Never screamed at or called anyone anything until after I'd already decided to leave, when Margarita's only and immediate response to being told she isn't doing something right was to end the contract.

Margarita Vienneau the Managing Partner of Campbell, Clark and Vienneau is as hard-working, kind and honest as they come.Her work ethic and experience are unmatched. The level of care and commitment at which she takes on a clients case, regardless of socioeconomic status, is to be admired. She will bend over backwards to help however she can. It is reassuring to have a firm in Redding that is generous and supporting of local businesses ensuring the community is uplifted by pouring back into it. We had a case involving an estate and without their assistance and guidance we would have never got through this. The case was eventually sent to Bankruptcy in another state, and Margarita Vienneau continued helping with the case, expedited matters and ended with a good resolution. Margarita Vienneau took care of our property that needed to go through probate. My Uncles and I went to her for legal help, and she was very upfront and honest about the entire process. Her communication was fantastic, and anytime we ran into something she called us right away to give us our options. Probate in general can be a headache, but she really knew what she was doing and made the process smooth and got the title changed over quickly so we can get the house on the market.
