I don’t even know where to begin…. Rachel Kelly was highly recommended to me when my daughter passed away, leaving Three children behind. Due to the circumstances with the youngest of three (15mo old at the time) it was critical that I obtain an attorney that would be able to dedicate themselves to the safety, needs and well being of my grandchild and act quickly, thoroughly, aggressive and advocate for grand parents rights as At the time there was no legal parent established for her. I was granted immediate sole physical guardianship and sole legal guardianship of her and ultimately Rachel and the Your Path team worked effectively, efficiently, consistently and continue to as the case continues.
