I have worked with Shannon Hathaway on a CPS case on which I was the assigned CASA. It was a difficult case and Shannon was the child’s attorney. I found her to be thoughtful, a great advocate for the child and helpful in bringing the case to a successful conclusion. Shannon was a resource for the child and for others on the case. She met regularly with her client and was always available to answer her client’s questions. Shannon worked well with the rest of the team and often offered solutions. I hope I get to work with Shannon on other cases in the future.

Kelly and her staff are amazing. I've worked with several law groups over the past decade with my parenting situation and while all were good, my experience with Kelly has been exceptional. She's attentive, listens to the circumstances and understands the facts at hand. She is able to discern between the truth and when the situation is being manipulated by the other party. In several circumstances, she spent extra time and went out of her way to make sure that I was treated fairly when medical bills, my character, and the situation was misrepresented by the other party. She has alleviated my anxiety regarding the unfortunate situation and made my life easier and less stressful. I couldn't recommend her more.
