Contacted this "paralaegal" numerous times over 15 YEARS regarding the receipt of my mother's will which Karla prepared in October 2008. I have yet to receive it. My half brother-the trusty- gave me a "will" that he had forged conveniently leaving me completely out as a beneficiary. Thank you for that Karla. You must have known about that small detail.

Being unknowingly named in as an executive on a senior friend of mine who passes away, I was completely ignorant on some of the legal issues I would have to deal with. Although Karla was extremely busy at the time of my visit, she took time to explain the documents I would need and how to proceed to get the probate going with an un-deeded property and his affairs. She was very helpful and friendly in guiding us to the places we would need to visit in order to obtain the correct documents so she could get them legally recorded at the Coconino County Courthouse. This was my first visit to her office, and after this visit, I completely trust her to handle my legal affairs now and in the future. I really can't say enough on how professionally she handled my situation.

Zero stars if I could. Was referred to Karla by 3 individuals in the legal field. I had high hopes with her assistance but seems she is checked out from helping people. She simply said "it's too much and life is too short." Maybe a good time to retire and not advertise such a business.
