Steve is seriously the best attorney you can possibly get. He is professional and is a wonderful lawyer. I would recommend him to anyone whose fighting the scariest charge u can possibly think of. I thought I would never have hope and ever get my life back and Steve changed that:) He will stand by your side no matter what the situation is. I listened to every thing Steve said and he recommended that we did a bench trial which made me super nervous and everyone thought I was nuts for not doing a jury trial and feel it made me nervous but I trusted Steve no matter what and I did every single thing he suggested I listened to everything he is so knowledgeable about everything and can easily reassure you when your having second thoughts. Anyways I took the bench trial and the judge found me not guilty of my 3 counts of drug induced homicide , I believe that I’m the first person ever in McHenry county to be found not guilty. Thanks to Steve 🙂 if I took a jury trial they could have found me guilty of a lesser charge, my point is always listen to what Steve says even if it makes You nervous because he seriously knows what he’s doing. I know that if I ever need him again that he will be there for me , also he is very affordable lawyer for the crimes he fights . I told him once in the beginning that it would probably take until we went to trial to pay him what I owe. He never not once throughout the two years we fought my case did he ask for money . And once my trial came I paid him everything I owed him. My point being is in the beginning when we were trying to find a lawyer they all seemed money hungry and with the county I’m in it’ll cost over10000 $ I had to pay Steve a small starting fee and after that I just paid him whenever I had it and he just really cares about you and how your doing , he talked to my mom when I first got arrested and actually talked to her and was very nice and understanding without money, where the other lawyers my mom called wouldn’t even talk about it without money it was crazy. Don’t ever have to worry about hesitating with Steve he is amazing and he’s a pleasure to meet with and build a trusting relationship that you should have with your lawyers 🙂 thank you Steve for keeping me out of jail And giving me my life back and giving me a second chance that I never thought I would have 🙂 thank you for fighting for me and staying by my side through it all!! 🙂

Best Lawyer to ever represent me. Greenberg fought all my cases and did well on all. He is real with everyone upfront he will tell you what he thinks about the case and what are the percentages of him winning the case. I always call him when I get into any trouble even traffic cause I know he is going to do his best and NOT half step. I highly recommend him to anyone who is fighting a case that looks unbeatable because he is the guy who will find that one mistake that would set you free.

My experience with Steve Greenberg was very positive. I was facing multiple felony charges in the Cook County Courts, and when things did not work out with my previous attorneys, Steve took over right away. He always returned calls, showed up to all court hearings on the retained case, and worked hard to win. In the end, all felony charges were dismissed, and I was found guilty of one misdemeanor charge. Also, Steve worked out a deal for probation, which is truly discretionary for me as I have already served more time in custody than permitted under the misdemeanor I was found guilty of. Hence, the most that could happen to me at this point is an unsatisfactory termination of probation but no jail time. Throughout the entire criminal case, Steve demonstrated an outstanding knowledge of Illinois criminal law and constitutional law. Steve's legal arguments are well-developed, and his oral argument skills in court are second to none. Steve is also a very honest individual and always keeps the client informed and tells you what should happen in the case based on the law and if your judge is not a moron. If your judge is a moron (Yes, it happens in Cook County sometimes), Steve will also tell you his plan and any strategies he will use to keep your case moving toward victory. He never makes any promises (as no attorney can), but will stay committed to getting the best possible outcome in your criminal case. He is not afraid of trials, and this fact instills unbelievable panic in the State, making them closely examine their case or lack of any case. My family and I are grateful for Steve's help on the criminal case, but it doesn't end there. Steve also volunteered to help with an administrative DCFS hearing that is pending for me, and he has not requested any additional money. For me, this was truly shocking as most attorneys live on charging more money for anything and everything. This example shows how Steve is not like other lawyers. Based on my experience with Steve Greenberg, I endorse and highly recommend him in the area of criminal law.

He abandoned my son in court. Curt/Steven Greenberg took 2,500 from me and my son never ever got to see his discoveries he never discussed any additional payments with me until. 5 month later after i received that in a text someone needs to make some payments for my son. Steven Green was very unprofessional and told the judge that he could not get along with me or his client we are very respectful. No stars

I met Steve back 2016 when I first caught my gun case In Chicago. I asked around about super power attorneys and his name was brought multiple times. Of course I gave him a small retainer to show I was serious, but he wasn’t worried about it like other attorneys. A few of my friends had him also, and he beat all there cases, with his well knowledge of the law. He showed up to every court date, and even texted me what he thought May and may not happen. After a year, he had beat my case. That wasn’t the end, unfortunately I had been arrested again with 5 more felony charges a year later. It did take time , he was paid through the case, but again, he never mentioned anything about money. He was paid, and he did his dam job perfectly. We went to court dates after court dates! His plan worked, as time passed cases were being dropped with his great work. At the end of everything I had received a Misdemeanor with probation. I never felt so much stress released off my shoulders. The prosecutors, and judge knew this man always had a plan. And he executed it very well, perfect timing! I am very very pleased with meeting this man, he is one of the best dam lawyers your money could buy! I always keep this man close if something ever pops up in the future. And I thank him for everything he has done for me. By the way, this isn’t some bs just to make him feel great, but honest to God if you need a Great lawyer, you have to call him. You know what's funny about your reviews? You went to a lot of these 1 star reviews saying idk this person, but didn't on ALL of them. Clearly indicating that most of them are actually real clients that had you and think your service was poor. Good job! Next time don't reply to reviews like anyone with half a brain in PR would tell you.

I can't believe there is so many negative reviews. Mr. Greenburg is the best attorney I ever met. He has a great track record. I've personally referred many client and he has yet to strike out. I can see where people have complaints about him but yall must realize that you have to let him do his job. Is my eyes he is the only attorney. Keep up the great work.
