I cannot begin to describe the amount of peace and comfort Mr. Powell has brought to my life after retaining him as an attorney for a family law case. He maintained professionalism throughout the entire case and explained everything to me in a way that was clear and concise. He met all deadlines and extended them when needed. We spent a total of 15 minutes in the courtroom where Mr. Powell skillfully navigated the trial resulting in the petitioning party backing down and dropping all charges. I hired Attorney Shannon Powell to represent a family member of mine that was promised by the courts that they would be going to jail. So even though I didn’t hire Shannon Powell because I did not have enough money to afford it, talking to him about my case opened my eyes to a lot. He took the time to walk me through what I was looking at and even went over possible defended. He took the time to be honest and open and clear and I appreciate him so much. If you need an attorney, Mr. Powell is THE way to go. When Mr. Powell was with Corbridge Law Offices I had a few legal issues that were outside of their purview yet Shannon agreed to see me and he was kind of enough to hear me out then advised me as to how to proceed and as much as I tried to pay for his time he graciously refused to take my money. I had a few months after that issue was resolved another situation that I thought he could help me with however that too turned out to be outside of their legal expertise however he did go out of his way to connect me with a lawyer friend of his who specialized in the field requiring experience in the handling of that particular issue I presented to him. Again he wouldn't take my money. The man is a Prince and I wish all Lawyers had his sense of righteousness and generosity. Now that he has his own Firm I will be offering my services however menial they might seem I'd like to do whatever I can to help his business succeed.
