2nd refusal and things was't looking good for me being I am a class A driver, I've retained attorney I had on previous case however after fighting 2 years on my case he wasn't effective, I could not survive with dui or reckless driving on my MVR soo I retained Mr Mooney 3 weeks before my trial and got it delayed. Went in today for trial and Mr Mooney got DUI and speeding dismiss and allowed me to plea to misdemeanor reckless coduct..God is good and so is Mr Mooney
