I would not recommend Mark to my worst enemy. I paid $2500 for him to handle a case for me. After multiple continuations and delays. We finally went to court a year after the charges were filed. During that time I requested to meet with him multiple times but he would always cancelled our appointments. I was only able to met with him the day I hired him and the day he asked me to plea at hearing. Mark continued to tell me that he expected a favorable outcome and my case looked really good. On the day of court it became apparent that he had not even read the police report or done any work on my case until the day of the plea hearing. After reviewing my case for the first time. Mark switched and told me there was nothing he could do and i would have to plea guilty. I could have gotten the same result on my own and saved $2500. My father was an attorney so i have always held attorneys in high regard. I now understand why most people don’t trust attorneys its because of attorneys like Mark Shonifer. I think a one star rating is way to high. I give him a -3 star review. Wichita will be much better off when he moves to Vegas.

Made them $16,000 instantly told me if I ever needed a favor they'd help me out I've called more than once they don't keep their word Mark lied to me I need help with a simple form to file in court and they won't give me the time of day Don't let them negotiate for you and don't let them talk you into pleading out with the insurance company they just want to get their money quick like everybody else they sold me down the river I should have gotten $100,000 I got $16,000 instead and they told me to beat it basically Don't believe anything they say Mark's word is no good he says he's going to help you in the future with something give him a call don't believe him

Hiring mark was the worst choice I made. Had to beg to come talk to me and did absolutely nothing for me and him and his staff were rude. Save your monet and go with public defender before you hire mark

I hired Mr. Schoenhofer to help me in my personal injury claim!!! He is without a doubt the best attorney in Wichita. He is very compassionate about your case and works very hard to make his client's happy. He cares a lot about each and every client!!!

Is a very busy man had a few issues with other cases trumping over mine because of importance, but over all great firm, intelligent lawyer who helped me a ton very worth the money, and a fantastic assistant who still takes my calls and helps me with retrieving old paper work after the case is done with. Very much do reccomend.

Crook!!! Took 5k retainer fee & never showed up for court for representation. Falsified itemized statement to keep money he never earned & does not want to refund peoples money. Moved family to Nevada & is taking peoples money for when he moves to Las Vegas to join his family. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Report to bar association if you experience similar issues!
