NachtLaw, P.C.

Was on the phone with the lawyer who proceeded to ask me and make me tell my life story and asked a bunch of irrelevant information before getting to the point that he did not think I had a claim after 30 minutes. If I did not ask him to get right to the point we would have spent even more time beating around the bush. Also spent a long time saying how lucky I was he was talking to me because of how valuable and expensive his time was while wasting mine. He was also was late. How does he even have 4 stars?

My experience with NachtLaw, P.C. was entirely negative. I contacted NachtLaw, P.C. on the basis of a personal recommendation. I told my life story, more or less, to someone on the phone who was not even a paralegal. I was emailed by that person saying that an attorney from NachtLaw, P.C. would consult with me for a given period of time, for a given fee. I called to begin that that consultation for that fee. I was told by NachtLaw, P.C.'s representative that this was "all a mix-up" and that I had no opportunity for consultation, for any time and at any fee. A pure waste of my time, relatively, I'm afraid!

Noah was well prepared for our meeting, and I was very happy with the quality of his service. Not only did he give very good advice, but he also put specific wording in an email for me to cut and paste so I was able to proceed independently. His advice definitely helped to improve my situation without requiring additional paid hours beyond the initial consultation and it was well worth the money. Far better than what I would have achieved if I had continued with my negotiations on my own. His office is very well run and everything was handled very promptly. Years ago I used David Nacht for an employment issue and I was very good as well. I'd definitely use Noah (or anyone from his office) if I'm ever in need of legal advice again.

Would Love to share my experience with David and NachtLaw, P.C. I employed David/Nacht Law to work my case for almost a year. From day one, I felt like I was given the utmost attention with my case and concerns. I was always given more than adequate time to discuss anything I needed to with David. If he wasn't available, I was always given a return call from him in a prompt manner. During our discussions, he provided insight and great perspective on the avenues that would best get me to the outcome I was looking for. David provided exceptional judgment by guiding me to trust his process by steering me from not making decisions based on emotions, but by making decisions that would best benefit me and my case. David always came to the table prepared. He always had research ready to show/explain to me. I always had a great understanding during our meetings and felt extremely confident in our plan of action. David had all aspects of my case analytically broken down and ready to explain. His creativity and ability to think outside the box made my case go as planned. With all that said, David and his law firm went above and beyond for me. David is an exceptional lawyer. I am more than pleased I employed him and his firm.
