We contacted Jacobs Law Group with a business matter and spoke in depth to a "Michelle". After our discussion she advised an attorney would be reaching back out to us within 48 hours. After a week of not hearing back we contacted the Jacobs Firm and spoke to Michelle. She advised they are in the middle of a trial and cannot help us. I asked if they were ever going to call us back and she had no answer, other than apologies. I am kinda glad they did not take our case. If the Jacobs Law Group can only handle one trial at a time they are not the firm for us. I only wish they let us know as we wasted a week waiting for them to "drop the ball".
