My case was very complex, Courtney maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. She interfaced with all parties concerned, which relieved the stress of having to deal with Insurance adjusters who are just after a quick and minimal resolution. Overall, a good firm. They are very knowledgable and do get the job done. This was the first accident I had ever been involved in. The attorney that I worked with was Andrew Thiery. He was able to answer any questions I had and walked me through the whole process. I am happy with the overall outcome but do have a couple things to point out. Communication could've been a little bit better. I had to periodically check in during the demand/negotiation process or would not hear anything for weeks. Sometimes things would come to a halt for several months, which would make feel a little uneasy, but, eventually they would get done. Also, the negotiations could've been done better. I personally had to press for a higher amount, and I still pretty much broke even, with pain and suffering included, even though I was found to be not guilty for the accident.

Extremely helpful and friendly! After having a bad accident that I have never been in before, I wasn't sure what to do next.
