I spoke to a few attorneys before deciding on Mr. Wolcott and knew I had a good case prior to speaking with him. I chose Mr. Wolcott and continued with him because he was always straightforward with me about my case and what to expect. Also his fee was reasonable. Best experience I've had with an attorney.

I’ll start off this review by telling you that he informed me I don’t have a case within the first 10 minutes of our conversation. He gets the 5 stars for answering his own phone, for not charging for the consultation, not making me believe I have a case like most others would just to make a buck, and for being a good hearted human being. I learned a lot. Like how Indiana is one of the worst states for employee rights, and the best state to be a corrupt employer in. All that being said, I’d trust him with my case if I had one. People don’t associate the word "integrity" with the word "attorney" often, but after that conversation I can confidently say he deserves a reputation of integrity and I wish him the very best.

There are many employment lawyers in the Indianapolis area making it difficult to know who to call. After reaching out to a couple, I found that several charge hundreds of dollars even to tell you if you have a case and other lawyers had assistants who spent time hearing my situation and then never responded back or returned my messages. When I reached out to Chris' practice, he not only called me the next day, but he did so personally. It took just a couple minutes of our time to talk about my situation and unfortunately, I can't make a claim. Nevertheless, having the peace of mind that I at least looked into it makes me feel so much better. He really took the time to listen to me and explain in detail all the possible avenues which I have exhausted.
