Cole, Fisher, Cole, O'Keefe + Mahoney

Second review after couple of years.... I'm not sure if they are just a super star top lawyer or if they are just horribly bad at communicating with a client looking for a good attorney. But I've called at least more than twice in a week left information for a call back. Yet never received a call back. Which if it was a 0 star review I'd leave a minus -0 this was a recommendation from another attorney which he recommended this from a while back again. Tried it and nothing happened sad sad sad disappointed if this is now I cannot imagine when my case is ongoing

Went in for a consolation and Joseph was very direct, clear and helpful. He described the process of what we would be going through very concisely. Made everything easy to understand. Would highly recommend.

Sadly unorganized.My attorney Leah left the core of my case with Legal assistant Pam Hernandez. Pam was horrible at communicating. I was constantly left out of the loop. I was never called in to discuss the case. I never knew I could challenge my AME until it was to late. An offer was made and It was denied without me even knowing. I would not even get a email reply. At the mandatory conference to settle my case my attorney Leah Cole showed up and knew nothing about my case. Mind you she has been "representing" me for a year. I literally had to feel her in. My 4 year back injury case ended with a 3900 offer. Which she encouraged me to accept. My life is changed by this injury and I had been left on the back burner the whole time by my attorney and her office. I feel so robbed of true representation and wish I’d chose a different attorney to begin with. I don’t at all in a million years advise any living soul to trust this office with their case. Please find someone to represent you that will actually do just that. Research as much as you can before selecting an attorney.

He has always been friendly and professional he doesn’t sugarcoat my situation and lets me know exactly what to expect All my office visits have been pleasant the staff are courteous and friendly My ex employer has continued to treat me unfairly even though I don’t have a big case Joe continues to fight for my rights I would definitely recommend Joe O’Keefe
