First thing you should know is that Mr. Smith is extremely hearing impaired. If you are willing to take your case to trial as i was then do yourself a favor and find another Lawyer. The 2 years leading up to the LOSS of my civil suit he did little to nothing in preparation. So unprepared and very hearing impaired it appeared to me that in 30 yrs my case was his first to take to trial. I can't laugh about it cause I put my trust in Mr. Smith . $400 an hour and 30 yrs experience. He got exactly what he put into my case $0. Unfortunately for me though cause thats what he got me too. Had he done half the things I requested for my case then I believe the outcome would of been different. Try telling a Lawyer with 30 yrs experience anything. Good Luck with that. I had trouble giving him 1 Star.

I have hired Mr. Smith twice. Both suits were civil. He is professional, courteous and ethical. I would recommend Mr. Smith to everyone. He is also easy to work with.

$400 / hour for consultation? I think not. Chris, the person who answered the phone is a mumbler and soft-talker. With a front desk like that I wouldn't consider using their services for $100/hour. Search elsewhere.
