My sister and I hired Kathleen after our 86 y.o.mom was hit by a car resulting in injury. Kathleen and her assistant Mike met with our mom and us at the assisted living home where we had to place her as her care was more than we could provide. Throughout the entire legal process, Kathleen and her staff were very compassionate, always informed us of our options, and accepted our decisions. She made the legai aspects understandable. In matters that she did not have expertise, she provided us with referrals. After working with her, we have a softer view of attorneys. Should we ever need legal advice in the future, we would definitely work with Kathleen.

So, I must say, I gave Kathleen a good review before. I have to change that as the results faded off after the first thing that got done. My husband actually had to put in his own appeal...🏆He WON!🏆 Kathleen decided to drop my husband and has tried to boycot him in the Reno area! Which is fine because he is getting his own results much faster! Sorry this is not a place to get help! 👎👎👎👎👎

If there was a lower rating than one star I would give it. She misrepresented herself and caused horrible problems in my case and now I'm screwed. Oh after a year of saying I needed help, she dropped my case because I wasn't doing a good enough job of putting my case together!

Not a good experience. Wish I had chosen a different Attorney. Maybe one that had more time for my case and didn't spend all her time worried about her personal image. Closed fridays, weeks mia, and then forgetting to follow through after I made arraingments for her to access records for my case.
