In 2017, I needed an experienced estate/probate attorney to assist my family close my sister’s estate. Complicating our effort were two issues, 1) my sister died intestate, 2) she lived in Connecticut while I, the Administrator, live in the southeast. After reviewing several local law firms, I selected Bashian P.C., and Gary E. Bashian, to represent the family. What began as a reasonable straightforward project became complex as unforeseen legal claims were brought against the estate. Gary’s experience navigating these issues and willingness to review/discuss the legal implications with me in detail, allowed me to always make informed decisions that were in the best interest of everyone involved. As a young adult, i have had no need for the use of legal services beyond things my parents may have done for me. With that being said, law is daunting and it is very difficult to trust a group of people with material that not only i hardly understand, but dictate my rights and protection.
