I found these reviews interesting. I hired O'Connell and Plumb for an employment case and I found them very knowledgeable and professional. I wound up winning my case even when the other side tried to throw my case out of court. I have never had to sue anyone before and I am appreciative of the help I got. Even throughout COVID when things were shut down, the firm kept up the good fight. I hope I never have to sue anyone again, but if I do, I will definitely give them a call.

I went to O'Connell & Plumb for a serious dispute withy employer who was holding back Bonus money for two years. Not only did I get all the bonus money but the company had to pay attorney fees to my lawyers. I couldn't have been happier. They told me about the law and were dead on right.

Attorney O'Connell really worked hard on my claim of disability discrimination and we were a day away from trial and it settled. He made all the right calls and was very informed and aggressive I couldn't be happier.

If you want someone rude and unprofessional call them up. if your looking for someone to tell you - your disability is Okay, and we are here to help and listen, and then not listen; call them up. If you want someone to tell you - it's Okay to be vulnerable and you don't have to worry about your disabilities, then hold them against you and hang up the phone on you; call them up. If you want a lawyer who gets defensive when you ask them intelligent questions because they ask you questions that show they have not been listening to you but drinking their Starbucks; by all means, call them up.

Great firm with such caring staff. They are always prompt when returning messages. They take great care of their clients! You can depend on this firm!

hired this firm to do our closing as we moved to longmeadow from boston. Everything was done for us when we walked in the door. Very professional. Thanks guys
