Just got off the phone with Kim, office lady and Paralegal, what a blessing of information! Well worth the call, down to earth and here to help. The most truthful insight I've gotten from any attorneys office so far and I've reached out to about 10 others prior.

A firm who is not afraid to spend the time in the trenches fighting when injustices occur. Have found the attorneys and staff approachable and accessible even though I do not live near Ann Arbor, and they're available by phone, zoom and email. For me personally, when looking for people to do business with and represent me, it was important to find someone whose values are community-minded and looking out for common good. Having been a very passive person in my younger years who did not like conflict, I have to say that it's been nice to have someone else be my voice. Tishkoff PLC has been around for a while and is very experienced at putting up the fight for me. I've also seen a more softer, humorous side to employees which makes for great interactions. Most people stereo-type attorneys as pit bulls, and when the time calls for it, they can turn that on, but more often, I've witnessed courteous, respectful interactions to meet the target goal.
