My brother and I hired this law firm in Dec 2025. Right before Christmas and new years. The law firm gave us a lawyer, 2 paralegals to contact (email and cell number) every 2 weeks we would contact. We wouldn't get answers to our emails and no return for our phone calls. We started calling the office. We'll we were told "they are in a meeting, we would leave messages for them to call over urgent matters. We'll yesterday I received a email bill for over 900.00 dollars. REALLY for what, they didn't do anything. Oh look, I get a phone call this morning from Kelly. Kelly proceeded to tell me 1 of the girls have been sick and they didn't realize the importance of this. Maybe all the messages, texts, emails, and left with the receptionists was the first clue. They dropped the ball. All I want is my money refunded. But no Kelly was trying to blame us. Really come on. You were hired to do something you didn't do it Now do the right thing and give the refund.

I spoke with Jeff for my 30 minute free consultation. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to answer all of my questions. I had spoken with several other attorneys that had no idea how to take care of my situation but Jeff knew exactly what needs done. I am looking forward to finally being able to get this taken care of!

I do not recommend Jeff Jinks law especially for any estate or probate business. After reading reviews and having our own experience please take your business elsewhere. We paid a $2,000 retainer fee after being told we had a case and after 3 and a half months we are being told we basically have no case. We tried contacting them several times and they are very bad about getting back to you within a reasonable time period. We did get a text today saying they would give us $1000. So Jeff jinks law is taking $1000 when they did absolutely nothing besides lead us to believe we had a case then tell us we didn’t. I have talked to several different attorneys and do believe we have a good case. It seems as if Jeff Jinks law is good with other things according to reviews but when it comes to probate and estate please go elsewhere. Time is of the essence. According to information we only have until May to file our lawsuit and Jeff Jinks law has burned up 3.5 months. Here it is almost February. May is right around the corner. If it wasn’t literally thousands of dollars we are talking it wouldn’t be a big deal but it’s an estate that needs looked into. We thought we hired the right attorneys office but it appears I’m going to have to do some more research and find another attorney.

I contacted this law firm about and estate. They first told me it would be 3k. I paid 1500 and set up for the other half. Then a couple days later they called and said it would be 7k. They transferred me to another guy who then said 7500. I asked which price and then this guy started talking down to me. I told them I did not want to use their firm. He said Kelly would get ahold of me about my refund. I had to call her a few days later. I have called once a week ,trying to not be a pest. After 4 weeks of calls she told me the money was sent. Still no money. I had asked about the scheduled payment and she told me they closed my account and I didn't need to worry about them taking it out. Well dec 23rd the took another 1500 from my account and they were not suppose to. Here it is christmas and no one answering the phones. Oh, and they threw my account into the negative. So its a merry fing christmas to me. This is sad that they treat people like Iike this. Be careful with them. UPDATE: Here we are past the 48 hrs and I still have not been contacted. Still no refund I understand its christmas but they sure didn't think about that when they took my money. I feel scammed here!!!!
