I was in a sticky situation with an apartment management and a neighbor. I reached out to ILG and Max answered the phone. Max listened to my case and was willing to work with me. Max helped me through the whole lease break process. Attorney Max knows the law in the state of Washington, and told me exactly how to run the play so that I can rightfully get out of my lease. We had a problem with a landlord when leasing a home. We were steered to ILG and Max Soi by a friend. We were told we had to pay $300 for a consultation. We paid and met with Soi. We did what he suggested by writing the landlord. When the problem was not resolved we went back to ILG and Soi repeatedly to engage them to help us further. Multiple calls and emails to Soi his support staff went unanswered. When I finally spoke with both Soi and staff they said they would send an engagement contract. Never received one. More calls and emails, and was told that they would send the engagement contract, but they never did. I think that the $300 consultation call (20 minutes) is how these guys are making money. Stay away.....

The law firm arranged for a ms meet session to discuss a case. I was ghosted. I called the lawyer who said he was running late from his previous meeting. He said he had tried to call me but he did not. So, I spoke with him on the spot and he said he would send me the suit requirements. He never did. I called today to follow up and I was told that they would be sent. I'm not convinced that they took the case and prevailed, I would ever know about it. Find another firm.

I have worked with Lawyer Justin Mishkin a few times dealing with Property issues. He is knowledgeable, skillful and kept me informed navigating a difficulty case. I highly recommend him and this Law firm. I commend him for his Professionalism.

Non-responsive and incompetent. I was looking for a lawyer to help with a dispute and my company provided me with a legal benefit so I contacted several that accepted it. Integrity law group was the first that was accepting new business and after talking through the details; they agreed to draft a demand letter. Throughout the process they did not communicate and I needed to follow up many times on next steps. I received zero notification that the letter was sent and a one line response after they received a response, which did not include the most important detail: that the other side offered settlement with a deadline. I needed to follow up and request the response and by the time that I did, the deadline had passed. Complete waste of my time; they offered no advice or guidance and dropped the ball completely when it comes to letting me know of the settlement, which I believe they were legally required to do.

Max & Carey and The Whole Team was amazing at helping out of a toxic marriage. They were sympathetic, caring and supportive through the whole process. They made it so easy, and I was able to get divorced little stress or issues. They are amazing! Please seek them out for your legal situations. I highly recommend them!
