Best attorney in town, I took several consultations with other attorneys and I choose Scott because he provides you a very easy to understand process and a convenient way to put documents together. He helped me with my chapter 7 filling and it went smooth, now instead of me struggling to pay high interest credit cards, now I can put all that money to the principal of my mortgage. This firm has now sent a BK notice to my credit card companies and my mortage company. Only catch I am not filing BK. They claim they are not doing this but yet I now have 3 creditors suspending my accounts because a BK filed by this attorney. I call and they claim they are not sending out any notices; yet now it's 3 claiming they are so... Clients beware seems like they have some pretty bad case managment or paperwork. UGHH
