After an awful experience with a different injury attorney, I was referred to Mr. Bender to properly handle my husband's injury case. He was able to negotiate a fair settlement in a timely fashion. Tom Bender took my money and did nothing. He highlight 2 pages out of 104 pages I personally wrote up this man is a fraud. I gave him a case on a platter and he took a nap instead of reading all of the bullet points listed in exhibits a-z I should be a lawyer at this point but I'm not. Instead I own 2 company's and complete understand accountability and this guy has none . In my opinion this man still owes me money till this day. For Jesus Christ sake stay away from this office his golden days are over.
