Our experience with this attorney was extremely disappointing. Communication was very poor, and we often could not get a response to calls or requests for updates. My brother paid approximately $14,000 in legal fees, yet we did not see meaningful progress on his case. When he asked for a report of the work completed, it appeared that very little had been done beyond a few phone calls attempting to contact the other party. At one point, I even had to assist by helping locate the other attorney’s phone number. This divorce did not involve disputes over property, child support, or assets, so we believed it would be a straightforward process. Instead, it became unnecessarily expensive and very stressful. Based on our experience, we would not recommend her services.

My husband and I recently hired Tammi for a family law matter and it was a success. She was our third attorney so we know what we were looking for. she's very personable. Our family went through a recent tragedy and she handled our case with grace. she also handled everything in a timely manner that was COST effective for our family. we appreciate her and would use her again, if we have to. we got what we were hoping for within only one court date. We are forever grateful

She might as well put a ski mask on her head and hold a gun to you and rob you of your hard earned money. I’ve never been so blatantly robbed of my money. She made me pay up front 5k and then once our court date came up. She sends a substitute lawyer in her place. After that, next court date she quit on me after I told her I would not be able to do what had been put in place after the last court hearing. I explained I had a very important job and couldn’t take time off. She got mad and dropped my case and took my money. I would NEVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE! Rather advise to stay clear. She does not care about your case. Only the money in your pocket.

Justin has it right on the head. Did the exact same thing to me. After months of doing nothing but taking my money, had me meet with someone I had never seen before on the Sunday before my court date. Meeting lasted about 30 minutes. In court, this last minute sub knew absolutely nothing about my case. Didn't know what questions to ask, what comments to challenge. Should be stripped of her law license. Here's 2 one ratings with explanations, as opposed to one 5 star with no comment. Tons of other attorneys, steer clear of this one...BAD, BAD news. Should be able to choose 0 stars! Or even negative stars. The worst!!

I had a very complicated guardianship case . Tammie was hard hitting and extremely thorough , professional and compassionate of our case . She won our case !!! Highly recommended . We are so grateful to her . Thank you Tammie !!

Tammi Cummings is a thief... I was ordered to pay my exs 12k lawyer fee and made several payment amounting to $2000 and when my house sold 12k was taken out of my share without the $2000 cerdit i should have got....now i have to go thru an appel process to get it back...over priced money gouging firm
