I had a old civil suit that popped up from about 15 years ag and the sheriff was threatening to take everything I have. I called Atty Murray office. One of his secretary's Abbie got right on it! Just an FYI if you are in a Chapter 13 and almost finished be careful…..watch your payments they meaning the bankruptcy court system, will hold a payment, say they can’t find it so that you can default. This happened to me. Thank God I had sense enough to use their online payment information and send them this extra payment via overnight delivery. Had I not I would have a dismissal not a discharge. They suddenly found my money order after my discharge and returned it to me. SMDH
