I used Greg as an attorney for my closing on the sale of my house. The firm from top to bottom was extremely helpful, prompt and very reasonable financially. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for legal representation and feel confident they would exceed you’re expectations.

Update: please take note that most of the positive reviews were bartered for. Anytime a bad review comes in they ask a favor from someone and try to keep the reviews balanced. This is a conflict of interest. In any case, the review from Gwen McDonald, well she is actually a real estate broker and failed to disclose that in her review. Read the reviews, but be very wary of the "positive, glowing reviews" within the past two years. I am unsure how anyone works with this law firm unless they like to be ignored and gaslit. I recently closed on a home in CNY and the only headache in the entire transaction was dealing with this office, and Greg in particular. I am completely aware that they are a small office with probably a handful of people, but they truly need to re-examine their customer service and communication skills. All of them. In the entire transaction my husband & I received probably 3 email responses from Greg. We were not physically able to be present for the transaction, and maybe this is why they seemed to feel a little different about us. That’s my opinion. Days would pass by where we’d wait on some sort of call back or email - ANYTHING - from this office, only having to get our realtor to push their buttons. We were referred to this firm by Paragon Loans. Paragon was completely fine and I’d work with again, but Scicchitano Law? I wouldn’t want my worst enemy wasting their time here. For something as important and expensive as purchasing a home (especially for the very first time during a pandemic nonetheless) you would think they would put my mind at ease about the transaction. But everyday leading up to (and even after!) the closing date, we were so stressed out, headaches galore. No communication what so ever. Eventually even Greg’s paralegal stopped responding to us. Seriously, if you are recommended this firm at all - for any reason - look elsewhere. No one needs that kind of mishandling and stress in their lives. I wish I would have dropped them and went with someone else - no matter the price. Lesson learned.

Kelly and Greg are wonderful to work with! Helped with the sale of a home and made the process seamless, even during a difficult time. When I purchase a new home I will definitely reach out to Kelly and Greg! Thank you both for everything!!!!
