Best example of customer service I have ever experienced. I contacted Travis at the beginning of the year to finalize a will, trust and living will. The 31st of January I had a major heart attack and was told the morning of February 1st that I was going to have open heart surgery. I called Travis shortly after I found out and he dropped his plans and within 5 hours finalized all of the documents and drove over an hours to meet me at the hospital. He reviewed the documents with my wife and I, and then rounded up two nurses and a notary to do the Will signing ceremony. One of my biggest fears was to leave my wife and boys without a will and a plan. He is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, patient, as well as very kind.
