Kyla and her team were amazing to work with. Her firm assisted us with creating and LLC and drafting a sales contract to purchase a small business and they were great. They always responded to emails super quickly, were very friendly, and helped to answer all of our questions. It was a seamless process and it was so comforting knowing we had a lawyer we could trust. Highly, HIGHLY recommend working with this great team for all of your small business needs.

If you are thinking about starting a business, just started a business or even have a business, you need Kyla Wilder McGee by your side and on your team.. TRUST ME!! There is so much excitement involved when starting your own business. I know for myself, I had a vision, had put together what felt like a solid plan, I thought of the most creative and cheeky business name, which I loved. I got my logo designed, filed papers with the state, thought I had all the necessary players in place, and *snap* just like that, I was the owner of a baby business. In all of my planning, my greatest error was NOT consulting & hiring a business attorney (Kyla McGee) BEFORE starting my business. I thought it was an expense I could forego... NEVER in my wildest imagination did I ever imagine that my now ex best friend would start the exact same business, steal my business name, try to trademark it, then sue ME for trademarks infringement (spoiler alert: she lost). NEVER did I anticipate that ex best friend would have her adult children and family leave vulgar and false reviews of my business and me as a person. NEVER did I imagine that I would have a former company approach myself and my contractors with threats and intimidation. Yep.. it all happened. I retained Kyla, she aggressively fought for both me and my business. She went against the most highly sought after and prestigious trademark attorneys in the country, and WON! She has advised me, counseled me, reassured me and assisted me in growing a very successful and profitable business. I will NEVER be able to thank her enough!! She is my secret weapon that I wish I could keep all to myself, but I know I need to share her with whoever is reading this review. Hire Wilder-McGee PC, it will be the best business decision you will make.
