Highly recommend Apex West and their legal team especially John McPhearson and Kathrine. I had a workers compensation case that was being mishandled by a different law firm. Apex West was then brought on to help with the cases at the firm I was at. At this point I decided to sign on with Kathrine and John McPhearson at Apex West. Best decision I made for my case. From that moment on everything changed and was done correctly and fast. Before I signed with Apex West I had no idea what was going on with my case, my attorney at that time never called me back or answered emails or texts, and I was doing a majority of the work and research for my own case with very little understand of workers comp law. John cam in and was on top of everything, had great and timely communication, was always able to communicate what was going on so I understood it and was able to finally get my case to come to a close after 4 years. My case was defiantly a tough one. When Apex West picked up my case I was already 4 years in of no answers and being told to wait and wait to see what was going to happen. I am beyond thankful for John coming in and settling my case and him being available when I had questions. After being shuffled around through 3 different attorneys, to the fault of the law firm I was previously at, Apex West and John did an amazing job for me.

I used these guys for a workmans comp case. They couldn’t have been any better. I didn’t even plan on using an attorney but I’m glad I did. John McPhearson is S tier insane at his job. He milked the business that wronged me harder than I ever thought possible and did it for the best price in the ball game. I can’t imagine my case could have gone any better for me. I ended up getting 5x to 10x more than I initially thought was even possible. Don’t even look at the other clowns on Yelp or Google reviews these guys will crush for almost nothing just go with them. Get John if you can he is an absolute beast.

The folks at Apex have been a Godsend. I contracted Covid-19 during the peak of the pandemic. They facilitated and expedited my Workers Comp case when my Employer was only performing the bare minimum of what I needed. They were also finding and extending both care and benefits due to me that otherwise, would not have been informed to me by my employer at all. Very happy with their hard work and service.
