Maxwell & Webb: Odin Maxwell and Karen Webb

Not sure if Jack Vos (1 star reviewer) actually interacted with the legal team at Maxwell & Webb but our experience with them has been nothing but amazing. Amanda over at the front desk is knowledgeable and helpful, her attitude is always pleasant and she’s very resourceful. Any time I speak with Odin however, I feel like I’m heard, he never rushes me off the phone (which has been my experience with some attorneys in the past) and best of all the relationship I’ve been able to develop is very human and he doesn’t come off as money motivated but rather actually invested in the case and genuinely trying to help. Odin is very patient and personable. I would rate my experience with him 10/10 and we still haven’t reached the resolution of our case. I suppose I’ll update once we do.

I am a former client of Maxwell and Webb and want to say they are fine people who care deeply for their clients. They assisted me personally with my case and were professional throughout. Mr. Maxwell is a fine attorney and I would use his and his staffs services again in a heartbeat. I have referred relatives and friends to them and they have been more than willing to answer questions without any expectation of payment. Not very many attorneys will let you call and ask something just because you are concerned but they did on numerous occasions for me, my family and friends who needed legal advice. Even when they did not specialize in the area of law that I inquired about, they made an effort to find answers from other attorneys and then passed the information along without fail. That is something that not every client of a law firm can say but I do. it is nice to know that there is a firm out there that is not entirely focused on the money and cares about the individual. I endorse them and the professional legal skills they bring to the table and would not hesitate to hire them again if needed.

The attorneys at Maxwell & Webb have always exceeded my expectations in terms of professionalism, legal expertise, integrity, and timely response. Unlike other firms where the advertised "face" lawyer is mysteriously invisible (other than in advertisements) and clients must deal with inexperienced junior lawyers, at M&W one gets direct access to seasoned principals. This saves time and money, and results in more favorable outcomes. This is a high quality law firm without a doubt.

The law firm of Maxwell and Webb is a company of attorneys who really care about their clients and are able to back up their caring with knowledge and experience. They work tirelessly to bring about justice for their clients, sometimes facing daunting odds. In my case they even managed to turned the tables on my accuser. I would not consider going to anyone else should I need help in the future.

My work injury lasted over three years before the conclusion. I was in a considerable amount of pain and I can think of at least two occasions where I used every curse word I knew to assault Odin. I not only cursed him out I also questioned his professional abilities to bring my case to a successful conclusion. Odin always remained calm no matter how much I abused him! My case was successfully concluded and I shall never forget the many kind conversations of reassurance from Odin. The day before what would become our final hearing Odin spent an entire day preparing my husband and I for a day ahead which we all knew to be sure to be quite demanding. That preparation enabled me to be much less anxious and able to answer the questions in a well thought out and calm manner. Sarah is the always pleasant sounding voice that answers the phone. There were many tearful moments for me that Sarah helped me to navigate. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
