If I could put 10 out of 10 stars I would. You want Brina on your team, let me tell you why. I was tasked with clearing out and selling my Mother's home. She was / is 86 and it was time for her next chapter. I knew absolutely nothing about selling homes, the marketplace, the process or where to start. I asked my circle of friends, did some research and hit up social media chat groups. I simply asked for help and recommendations. Many local names of very qualified realtors came up with outstanding recommendations. One name that kept popping up was Brina. I created a short list and held interviews. Brina was the only one that truly showed up prepared. The others came by, looked around, tried to charm me with all their awards, sizzle and sized up the property tossing out what they thought was "the" asking price. Brina showed up, pulled out her research folder with all the stats, the actual property history, lot size, similar and recent house sales and an action plan. She knew the property inside and out, market place and when we talked asking price it was based on facts and reality. She made no promises. She was personable, on target, mindful and professional. She won my trust and the account. She hit the ground running. As questions came up, and I had many, she always made time to answer them. She was always at the ready. She was so on it that she had numerous showings, and attracted REAL READY TO BUY buyers before we even had the open house. Offers, rejections, negotiations, and within a week we had a fantastic offer we just had to grab and could not refuse. Never had the open house. Brina delivered! We closed two weeks ago.
