Words cannot express the dedication Bradlyn gave to my case. I had a very difficult child custody case as well as criminal charges regarding my children. Warning this place is a joke! Purchased a plan through my employer Metlife legal plan for service. I reached out to Mr. Cole’s office no response left a voicemail about a week later still no response I followed up with a second voicemail finally,a day later Mr. Cole returned my call. I consulted over the phone for a name changed for underage child he seemed very knowledgeable and made it sound like it was an easy process requested some documents from me, I sent over he then created my petition and emailed to me for signature but each time he sent it to me with personal information wrong. I am assuming a prior client. When I expressed my concern of personal information being shared how it made me uncomfortable. He closed my case and told me to find counsel elsewhere for HIS MISTAKES! I am reporting him to the MetLife legal plan program.
