We hired Kristal Mccool that works for this firm. We started having issues with Kristal and her paralegal Ashleigh. We asked to have a conversation with her boss to discuss the issues. She sets up a meeting with another shareholder attorney that works with her paralegal that we had problems with. We asked Kristal to have her paralegal answer questions under oath and she said she could not due to a conflict of interest. When kristal withdrew from our case she stated that we had asked her to do illegal acts, and missed meetings. We had another attorney reach out and speak with Chuck Serafino who is supposedly a managing member of this firm. Very unimpressed with his answer. If anyone would like to further discuss please reach out. Oh and kristaal waited to withdraw and left me in a major crunch due to her withdrawing 3 days from deadlines. We had 2 cases with her and her. Unprofesionslism has cost me time and a ton of money.

terribly rude staff, gives you the run around constantly, the attorney Thomas Sellers will even interrupt and hang up on you when you’re trying to clarify the debt and what you’re needing. I was told to further my "reading comprehension" and that he "doesn’t care" about my questions. He proceeded to tell me how good I had it with the debt, even though we’re still negotiating it. You sure would think they could answer some questions in trade of a 1 lump sum payment. He went on to explain how I could get around the $3000 court fee, yet any other basic question I asked, I was talked over or told that’d be legal advice.

If I could I would leave No stars. Awful, Awful. I can't say anything else. Just Awful .

Very rude staff that won't follow the law
