After a year and a half my lawyer at Heard & Smith helped me get my SSDI approved. There were some issues at first but. I'm guessing me being a 100% disabled veteran helped the process along the way. Only advice I have for anyone that wants to use this law firm. Just do yourself a favor and do your homework and go to all of your Dr's appointments. I had a really good attorney and a really good Judge. Thank you all for making this happen for me.

This firm is amazing. I had a friend recommended them to me after I told her I got denied again for ssd. The lawyer was on top of everything and made me feel at ease with the whole process. To say I'm impressed is an understatement.

They really helped me out with my Social Security disability after being denied several times, and with another attorney, and that they hardly didn't give a dam. But with Heard & Smith, they got on the ball and won my case in front of a judge.

They were great to me so I just made one call waiting for the overview of the information I give them I will see.

I won my case with extremely little help for these guys. I did most the work myself and at the bigging of my claim before they contacted me the disability office kept in contact and helping more much more then this firm did. Point being I was charged 8k for maybe 15 to 20 minutes of total phone time. They didn't even have all my records that the judge asked for. I won because of my mental illness but I did that pretty much on my own. It's not worth the money.
