I just finished out a lease with Patrick Liberto. I am so grateful I had him as a landlord during a time of major transition and growth in my life. I rented the apartment on Mystery street and it was my favorite place I’ve lived in all of New Orleans— not only for the neighborhood, but also because Patrick was the best landlord I’ve ever had. Renting as a single mother of a deaf child makes renting a challenge: Patrick was exceptional and professional in every sense of the word. He also is understanding and community-oriented in that true New Orleans spirit you only find in locals. My son and I outgrew the apartment as he is getting bigger and we needed to upgrade to a larger space. Patrick is kind and compassionate and comes from a place as a father, husband, and consummate professional. Highly recommend Patrick for rentals and someday I hope I can hire him to purchase my dream home.
