I feel so lucky to have had Deborah Valentino by my side through both buying and selling my home! She helped me find the perfect place three years ago, and when it came time to sell I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else. She brings such warmth, patience and genuine care to the entire process. No question ever felt too small and she was always there with guidance and reassurance. What could have been a stressful experience ended up being smooth and even enjoyable because of her! She is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional but she also truly cares about the people she works with. After helping my parents find their forever home almost 20 years ago, Deborah Valentino has done it again… only this time for myself, my husband, and our baby girl! We entered the "house hunting" market at a time when it honestly felt impossible to find a home, but Deborah remained confident and determined to find our forever home. She was always available and flexible, which allowed for us to go to showings together even with my husband’s crazy work schedule. She used her knowledge and experience to assist me in preparing the house for sale, arranging for repairs that had to be made to get the house up to code and resolving some unique issues that are inherent in a older house. She returned calls and emails promptly, was very easy to work with and we worked very well together. I would like to feel that we became friends during the process! I received multiple offers on the house and it was on the market for a much shorter time than I expected. I credit this to Deborah's breadth of knowledge and experience of market conditions, the location of the house, local contractors, local authorities, etc. She made a seemingly overwhelming task manageable and achieved a great result.
