This office never return phone call or even the customer coming to the office the front desk Angie she will tell the customer to go home to call the office to make an appointment. The attorney he said his going to write a letter to the tenant and he never did. If they are too busy to take up more clients they should let there customers know so they will look for another firm.

Bottom line, find ANYONE else to help with your paperwork. On the morning of Friday the 28th of August, I reached out to ask for some paperwork to be reviewed. It was an owner-finance real estate transaction. The receptionist asked for me to email her the documents and an explanation. In my explanation, I said we were buying a house and the owner would be holding the note and would be the lien holder. I also mentioned I needed the paperwork ready by Monday, August 31st. 3 hours later, I got an email back. The attorney wanted me to answer questions about the transaction... and all of his questions were answered in the original email I had sent 3 hours earlier. By now, it was 1pm on Friday, and I was assuming I'd hear back soon, after I gave a response outlining the exact same answers I'd already given him. Finally Monday the 31st at 8:30am, I got an email back from the receptionist, saying she'd have a response for me "this morning." But I didn't get a response at all that day, despite "reminder" emails from me at 1pm and 4pm. The next day was Tuesday September 1st, we're late for our deadline and I've not heard anything. At 10am I ask for an update, and the receptionist responds to say that the attorney is in trial, and her recommendation was that if I'm "on a deadline," I may want to find another lawyer. She was already told 2 times that I was on a deadline but apparently it didn't occur to her that the 31st was YESTERDAY. So they knew all along that they couldn't have met my deadline, but I was strung along for days, I missed my deadline, and then they suggested I work with someone else. It took them over 2 business days PLUS a weekend to tell me that they were too busy to complete the work by my deadline, even though the deadline had already passed. Find someone else to do your paperwork for any real estate transaction.

I called to ask a simple HOA rules question For an interpretation and their opinion on how they would perceive the wordy from the original 1980 HOA rules at the time of the sub-division and it's meaning for a land split I am currently looking at . And they said they don't do anything for free and wanted to charge $150 for the advice. I guess it's all about the money now and not the future business that 1 simple question may have got them. I wouldn't recommend a place like this in to any of my clients as a contractor and any land deal
