Me and my husband have been working with David Giffin for like a year now. He is the best lawyer we have had. He has such a good personality in addition to being an amazing lawyer. I have always had a bad experience with the court/legal system and David has genuinely changed the way I view the entire system. I have never had anyone in the legal system be so nice and understanding towards me. I had no understanding of how it worked but he’s been able to help me understand so much. I genuinely believe that if it’s possible David can make it happen and if it doesn’t work then it just wasn’t possible. I have 100% faith in him in a way I’ve never felt with any legal professional before. We have a really complicated case a lot of people refused to work with but David not only accepted us as clients he has continued to work with us despite a lot of issues. He has not only been able to juggle everything he has done an amazing job while doing it and has been able to make a huge difference for us. The difference in between how court went before David vs after is literally insane.

Paid 2500 upfront and won was asked if I wanted to go for sanctions told them yes and he told me he resigned as my lawyer not once tried to contact me afterwards and I get a bill of over 5000 3 years later

I really suggest you look else where for your legal needs. This is the most unprofessional law office I have ever encountered. From missing documents, to having incorrect names, and addresses on legal forms. It made going through a divorce even more stressful. My divorce took almost a year when I paid over $2000 upfront and was not fighting for anything, and we had nothing to split. Do not choose Jay Ping if you are looking for a stress free smooth experience.

Used this company for my Divorce in 22....Jay Ping was very slow at getting things done but no problem charging you everytime youd ask how things were going.
