This is the best immigration law firm that gets results! My previous attorney didn't know how to handle my case properly. My immigration case was challenging but Nicole Hemrick and Olga Fedorova, Daniella and her legal team knew exactly how to handle my case! I won't go into details. To my astonishment I got my EAD approved within six months. I told Nicole I didn't want to go to the interview but she recommended I go, because things could get more complicated. I trusted her expertise and I did go to the interview. Nicole recommended Olga Fedorova to attend the interview with my husband and myself. We got there a few minutes after our scheduled interview time but Olga notified the receptionist that we are on our way. I cannot say more about this law firm. I changed to this law firm after a recommendation from a friend who was successful in getting her green card. My previous lawyer I had no confidence in. I had an extremely complicated case. I filed in October, got the EAD in Feb and had notification that I would have my green card interview on 5th June at the beginning of May. I did not think that I would get an approval. Without going into too much detail there were some serious issues to overcome. To my astonishment on the 9th of June I logged in to see that the i-130 was approved. Then I saw that the i-485 was approved. I was puzzled because I thought there was no way I got the i 601 approved. I could also not find the receipt number. I contacted Olga (the attorney that Nicole appointed to me for the interview) and she told me my i 601 was approved and my green card was approved. I was amazed. My green card came last week and I can still hardly believe that I have it. I cannot say more about Nicole's legal immigration acumen. She understood my case very quickly and knew how to handle it. She knew that filing the i 601 with the i 130 and i 485 was the way to do it. It sped up the process. If the immigration officer was to have said 'we need the i 601' then that would have taken more time. I got a very quick result for a very difficult case. I cannot thank this law firm enough as well as the work put into my file by Daniella the paralegal and the calmness of Olga Fedorova on the day of the interview and the way she helped the immigration officer understand the case. I cannot say more. This law firm fixed my life. Thank you

Nicole is really an exceptional attorney. She’s professional, experienced, caring, and responsive.
